VAT/TRN De-Registration

In most cases, the Federal Tax Authority refers to the termination of TRN/VAT Registration as VAT Deregistration (FTA). A previously taxable firm or individual may choose to revoke their registration for VAT for a number of reasons. Such explanations are required in order to meet the requirements set forth by the VAT law. The FTA might reject the application to deregister if the reasons aren’t good enough and the conditions aren’t met. Even if there is a good reason, the FTA approval will still show the application as “Pre-Approved,” and it won’t be deemed complete until all of these obligations have been paid and the vehicle has been fully deregistered.
